The Community Dinner Cookbook: Superfood Salad

Ingredients: 1 cup kale, thinly sliced 2 cups spinach or garden greens, chopped 3 brussels sprouts, sliced 1/2 cup broccoli florets 2 tablespoons toasted pepitas 3 tablespoons craisins Curry-Fig Salad Girl dressing Directions: Pour some dressing on the kale and massage in.
