Judy is currently a nurse practitioner with 23 years of experience. After recognizing that there was a gap in the current way health care was being offered to individuals, she returned to school and received a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with an emphasis on Integrative Health and Healing.
About the class:
This class will provide a brief introduction to mindfulness based practices that can support health and a sense of well-being. Thoughtful coaching tools will also be utilized that can build motivation for bringing healthful practices into your daily life starting with wholesome foods.

Kristin will lead the dads (or uncles, big brothers, etc.) on the basics of managing and styling little girls’ (or long-locked boys’) hair! From brushing (to avoid painful tangles) to ponytails, pigtails and even braids, Kristin will leave you feeling more confident to tame your kiddos’ wild tresses.
