If any of the above made it on your resolutions list for 2017, we have three great new classes you just might be interested in!

Please join us for a 3-class series at Farmhouse Market hosted by our friends and members who have some very valuable experience and know-how to share with you.

So, do yourself a favor and block off these three consecutive Sundays afternoons (February 26th, March 5th & March 12th) for some “me time” where you can make some headway on your 2017 resolutions.

February 26th Class: Mindful Living
Host: Judy Wagner, InSight Coaching and Integrative Health Consulting
Time: 1:00 – 2:00 pm

About Judy:

Judy is currently a nurse practitioner with 23 years of experience. After recognizing that there was a gap in the current way health care was being offered to individuals, she returned to school and received a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with an emphasis on Integrative Health and Healing.

 

About the class:
This class will provide a brief introduction to mindfulness based practices that can support health and a sense of well-being. Thoughtful coaching tools will also be utilized that can build motivation for bringing healthful practices into your daily life starting with wholesome foods.

 

March 5th Class: Wholly Health: This is Simple
Host: Heather B. King, Nutrition Support Consultant
Time: 1:00 – 2:00 pm

About Heather:

Heather is currently studying to become a certified nutrition therapy practitioner specializing in holistic nutrition as a means to support of overall health.

 
 

About the class:
This class will provide an overview of nutrition today along with  helpful strategies to guide you down a path of improved nutrition based upon on your own unique needs. Heather will share additional information on popular approaches to nutrition like paleo, gluten-free and whole foods diets.

 

March 12th Class: Master Your Meal Planning
Host: Malisa Lieser, Malisa Lieser Planning
Time: 1:00 – 2:00 pm

About Malisa:

Malisa is a Twin Cities mom of two who’s passionate about real food meal planning, natural living and brewing homemade kombucha.

 
 

About the class:

Take the stress out of meal time by utilizing meal planning, meal prep and smart shopping techniques. In this class, you’ll learn how to plan for your family’s lifestyle, save time and money, and get healthy, real food meals on the table, even on busy weeknights.
